Since 2006, we have led the effort to make UVA even spicier. We have been at the forefront of promoting and instructing Latin dancing at the university.

The University Salsa Club is a student-run contracted independent organization at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. The club won "Most Fun CIO" of 2011-2012 and "Best CIO in the Arts" of 2012-2013.

The University Salsa Club is open to all University students, faculty, and staff interested in learning, dancing, and even performing a variety of dance styles including Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue, and Bachata. For information on our weeky lessons and semesterly performances, check out our FAQ and events pages!
